Thank you for supporting our store. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below before placing an order.

Physical Products

Our printed journals and books are produced on demand. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will work with our print and fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may only be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.
